What we collect

When you reserve a table we ask for your name and email, and you can choose to give us a phone number and notes for the kitchen. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can answer you.

How we use it

• To hold your table, send your confirmation and get in touch if something changes.
• To pass allergy and dietary notes to the kitchen and the floor team on the night.
• To keep this website running, using basic technical information from your browser.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers, and we won't add you to a mailing list because you booked a table. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@saltlinepdx.com.

• The menu on this site is a sketch of the week. Dishes change with the boats and the farms, so what's on the table may differ.
• Please give contact details we can reach you at.
• Don't use the site to send anything unlawful or harmful, or try to get into parts of it that aren't meant for you.
• The words, design and logo on this site belong to Saltline Restaurant Group LLC.
• We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
